We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our clients IT operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting transformation projects, and ensuring new technologies are effectively embedded across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Analyse, design, and optimise IT operations and business processes.
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define “AS-IS” and “TO-BE” processes.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Support the selection and implementation of new IT toolsets.
- Create documentation and support change adoption across teams.
What you bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and IT operations processes.
- Experience with business process optimisation and ITSM tools.
- Relevant certifications (ECBA, CCBA, ITIL Foundation); Lean/Agile a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
