You’ll join a new squad to build secure, scalable, high-performance applications in the emerging space of digital ownership.
We’re looking for a Java Tech Lead who can combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, someone who can guide the team, set direction, and still roll up their sleeves when needed.
What you’ll do:
- Own the technical delivery of enterprise-scale applications.
- Provide leadership across an Agile team, coaching engineers and raising the bar on quality.
- Shape system design and architecture, balancing innovation with reliability.
- Experiment with and introduce cutting-edge tech such as Blockchain and AI-driven solutions.
What you bring:
- Seasoned experience in Java development, with proven leadership responsibility.
- Strong background in microservices, Spring Boot, cloud platforms (AWS a plus), and CI/CD practices.
- A track record of designing solutions that scale securely.
- Agile mindset, strong communicator, and passion for driving technical excellence.
