Lead the AI transformation in a highly profitable, ASX-listed finance organization. We’re seeking a Senior Manager – AI to define enterprise AI strategy, co-create cutting-edge AI systems, and scale AI adoption across the business.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the AI Revolution: Shape enterprise AI strategy and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI systems across a high-performing finance organization.
Collaborate with the C-Suite: Influence business decisions and scale AI initiatives in alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Build & Inspire Teams: Mentor data and AI professionals, elevate coding standards, and foster a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Finance Experience a Bonus: Prior exposure to finance or fintech is highly regarded but not essential.
Key Skills & Experience:
Significant experience delivering high-impact AI/ML initiatives at scale
Deep expertise in LLMs, GenAI, and emerging AI technologies
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale MLOps and AI platforms
Strong understanding of AI governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI practices
