Production Support Manager

We’re partnering with a global fintech company that is searching for a Production Support Manager who can keep things running smoothly — and make them even better.
You’ll manage production support across projects, product, and clients, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, processes run efficiently, and client satisfaction stays high.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee production support and coordinate with engineering and product teams.
- Manage the Zendesk portal and track issues through to resolution within SLAs.
- Engage directly with banking clients to provide updates and insights.
- Lead SLA/governance reporting and present in quarterly client sessions.
- Improve support frameworks and drive data-led process optimisation.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in production or application support (banking/fintech preferred).
- Solid grasp of ITIL and service management frameworks.
- Strong client communication and coordination skills.
- Structured, proactive, and improvement-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ITSM tools.
