We’ve got some great contracting roles available with a premium consultancy specialising in Advisory / Change Management.

These are long term contracting engagements working in a consulting style of role helping large organisations implement organisational change, process improvement and change management. The roles are best suited to people with a consulting / professional services background in both a public and private sector setting.

The roles are very flexible with a high degree remote working, there will be occasionally client visits / meetings.

 

Desired Skills / Experience

  • 8+ years Project Management experience, ability to operate in a Senior Project Manager capacity.
  • Ideally exposure to a multi-vendor environment, managing third parties and implementation partners.
  • Consulting background, related to change management, transformation, process improvement etc.
  • Experience leading business / tech transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience in process mapping design and analysis.
  • Solid communication skills, ability to listen, advise and solve.
