About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to drive the design, delivery, and optimisation of Salesforce projects for their customers. This is a key technical leadership role for someone who combines hands-on Salesforce expertise with strong architectural vision, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise integrations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Defining and owning the technical architecture across Salesforce platforms.
- Providing hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and best-practice development.
- Leading and overseeing a team of Salesforce engineers and consultants.
- Designing and implementing robust integrations, including SAML for SSO, OAuth flows, and Salesforce-native identity capabilities.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing technical solutions.
- Ensuring architectural alignment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and emerging Salesforce innovations.
- Providing technical leadership across project delivery, troubleshooting, and solution optimisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
- Proven hands-on Salesforce experience in previous roles (development, configuration, integrations, etc.).
- Strong experience designing and delivering Salesforce integrations, including:
- Consulting experience strongly preferred; if not, exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, Platform Dev I/II).
- Experience with some or all of the following is highly desirable:
