Permanent Position

Please tailor your resume to the below before applying.

My client is a high-growth SaaS provider delivering enterprise-grade pricing, profitability, and financial analytics software to major banks and financial institutions globally. As they scale across Australia and internationally, they’re looking for a technically strong, client-facing Implementation Consultant to join their Customer Success team.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with senior stakeholders, and getting hands-on with configuration, logic, and scripting. You will play a key part in onboarding major banking clients onto a market-leading platform and ensuring each implementation is a success.

In this role, you will:
• Take ownership of end-to-end implementations for enterprise financial services clients.
• Run technical and functional workshops to translate client requirements into configuration plans.
• Configure the SaaS platform, including logic, business rules, and light scripting.
• Write or edit C# code fragments where needed to tailor platform behaviour.
• Work with SQL and APIs (e.g., POSTMAN) to support integrations and data validation.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specs, and technical documentation.
• Manage UAT, support release cycles, and collaborate closely with developers and QA.
• Deliver user onboarding and run client training sessions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert for clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to improving onboarding processes, documentation, and best practices.

Key Requirements:
• 2–3+ years’ experience implementing software for enterprise or mid-size clients.
• Background as a Technical Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or Customer Success Consultant.
• Ability to write or edit basic C# or scripting logic (not full software engineering).
• Solid SQL skills and strong understanding of technical integrations and APIs.
• Experience running workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead technical discussions with clients.
• Highly organised, documentation-focused, and comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• Experience working with financial services clients, ideally banks or lenders.
• Knowledge of financial mathematics or statistical concepts (nice to have).

What’s on Offer:
• Work directly with high-profile Australian and global financial institutions.
• A clear career path with opportunities to move into Product, Project Delivery, or Account Management.
• Hybrid working (3 days in the Sydney CBD office).
• Competitive salary $110k–$130k + super.
• A supportive, collaborative team within a growing, international SaaS business.
