You’ll lead a small development team, set technical direction, and still stay close to the code. The work is a mix of modernising existing platforms and building greenfield tools that integrate seamlessly with each other. And you’ll have strong product and design partners to help bring ideas to life.
The stack is modern: .NET 8+, C# 10+, EF Core, SQL Server, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, with GitHub and Azure DevOps supporting the workflow. You’ll have space to experiment, evaluate emerging tech, and bring ideas forward – not just ship tickets.
To do well here, you’ll need real experience leading teams while still coding. You’ll be strong in C#, SQL and full-stack development, and understand good practices like SOLID, TDD, and event-driven design. You’ll also know how to communicate clearly – with developers, product teams, and stakeholders alike, balancing trade-offs between effort and impact.
