What you'll do:
Build and optimise complex SQL databases and high-performance queries
Lead performance tuning, security, and database reliability initiatives
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Mentor others and drive best practice across the team
We’re looking for:
7–10 years’ experience in software engineering with deep SQL expertise
Strong skills in performance tuning, indexing, optimisation
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
Bonus: cloud databases, CI/CD, financial services
