Information Security Manager - GRC

This role will require an onsite presence so you must be based in Ireland.

We are seeking an experienced Information Security professional that has expertise in governance, risk and compliance.

This is a newly defined role, created in response to increased customer and regulatory scrutiny, particularly around formal security assessments and audits.

The successful candidate will take ownership of our security and governance programme, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to an environment that already has solid technical foundations but lacks mature processes and supporting evidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the security and governance programme, effectively building it from the ground up
  • ISO 27001 ownership
  • Design, create, review, and update security policies, standards and procedures
  • Establish evidence and reporting suitable for audits and customer assurance
  • Establish and maintain a risk management framework
  • Act as a senior security authority across the business, supporting prioritisation of security issues
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, development, legal (DPO), and senior leadership
