Our recruitment agency is seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our client’s team. It is preferred that the right person be based on the East Coast of Australia. This role will initially start as a day rate contract with the plan of then converting into a full time employee.

As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Customer Delivery Manager whose purpose it is to facilitate the optimal utilisation of company resources to deliver multiple projects against timelines and budgets. This will be done by handling essential administrative tasks that ensure projects run efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Customer Delivery Manager to provide administrative assistance primarily in Replicon, AHA.
- Managing timecodes and ensuring they are provided ahead of all work execution.
- Managing any ad-hoc timecode requests.
- Analysing timesheets to ensure accurate information and correct allocation.
- Managing and assisting to compile project documentation.
- Preparing customer (internal and external) project status reporting together with the Customer Delivery Manager.
- Assistance in managing project timelines and budgets.
- Execution of manual monthly billing process, including creation of customer facing reports to be reviewed and approved by the appropriate customer stakeholders
Experience
- Experienced successful Administrator with an independent software vendor or professional services IT Company.
- Competent in MS Office applications, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Experience analysing data and problem solving.
- Data entry skills with proven high quality, speed, and accuracy.
- Technical exposure is advantageous given the nature of projects and customers.
- Experience with Replicon and Aha! highly regarded, at least experience with related tooling such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Github etc.
- Familiarity with Information Security standards, such as ISO 27001/SOC
- This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on relevant information security risks in a manner that meets the Company’s ISMS compliance and regulatory requirements.
