DevSecOps Lead

My client is on a major technology transformation journey, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their cloud and DevSecOps capability.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll work alongside a highly skilled cloud engineering team, guiding best practice, mentoring engineers, and helping them move from traditional operational models to a secure, scalable, and product-driven DevSecOps culture.

Key skills/experience required:

5+ years’ hands-on experience in senior Cloud, DevOps, or DevSecOps roles
Proven involvement in moving organisations from traditional IT operations to DevSecOps ways of working
Advanced knowledge of AWS services, including infrastructure, security, and governance
Strong, real-world experience using Terraform in production environments
Solid experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions
A deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, automation, and shift-left security
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
A product and service mindset, with experience designing reusable platform capabilities
