This role is open because our former, awesome Marketing Manager is leaving to grow her family. She leaves behind an amazing legacy. We are now looking for someone to take that legacy to the next level. 

Reporting to the head of operations within TRC Group, our shared services company, this is a mid level role that is accountable for:

  • Creating and generating a high volume of high quality content - blogs, downloadable content, videos, white papers etc
  • Liaising with our graphic designer to produce content and marketing material
  • Evolving our product offering
  • Running events, webinars and podcasts
  • Managing our social media voice
  • Maintaining and improving our excellent SEO and GEO rankings for all brands
  • Developing strategies to generate quality leads
  • Assisting with marketing strategy
  • Developing our EVP and how it is presented to market

This role requires a broad range of skills (and more importantly a desire to learn new skills) in the areas of:

  • Content creation - excellent written skills and the ability to write quirky and high quality content (ideally with a penchant for terrible puns)
  • Basic graphic design
  • Video creation and editing
  • Social media management (Linkedin and some instagram)
  • SEO and GEO
  • Ability to develop marketing processes
  • Building campaigns, email workflows, landing pages, sales funnels and lead magnets etc

Ideally you will have experience within the recruitment or IT services industries.

We realise this is a big ask. Each of our brands has its own Managing Director, unique audience and distinct voice. That means you’ll have real variety in your work and the opportunity to flex your creative and strategic muscles across different markets.

You’ll need to be adaptable, commercially aware and confident switching gears between brands. But you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be supported by an experienced operations team and a manager who understands marketing and is invested in your success. This is a role for someone who enjoys momentum, ownership and meaningful impact.
