The Role
• Build and deploy customer retention and predictive models
• Design and lead experimentation and A/B testing frameworks
• Productionise models into Azure ML environments and develop scalable ML pipelines
• Build monitoring and visualization tools for stakeholders (Streamlit)
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategy and influence key business decisions
Technology Environment
• Snowflake – enterprise data storage
• dbt – transformation and analytics engineering
• Python – model development, feature engineering
• Azure ML – batch & real-time deployment
• Azure DevOps – CI/CD and version control
• Streamlit – monitoring and business-facing applications
• Azure AI / Generative AI – integrated in ML workflows
About You
• Strong commercial Data Science experience in a corporate environment
• Advanced Python & SQL skills
• Cloud deployment experience
Bonus
• Experience in experimentation, modelling, and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Bachelor’s or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
• Experience in Snowflake, dbt
• Experience in Lending or Credit Risk
