An exciting opportunity is available for a hands-on Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to join a high-impact project delivering real business change.

You’ll be part of a friendly and inclusive team, alongside an established, talented project team of engineers and analysts, with strong collaboration across both business and technology.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver data analysis, insights, and visualisations to support system changes
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives
- Measure performance and track outcomes across key projects
- Enhance and evolve existing Power BI reporting in collaboration with the BI team
- Own hands-on Power BI development, including structural and reporting improvements
Working model:
- Immediate start initially till the end of July 2026
- Hybrid and flexible
- Minimum 1 day per week in the Wollongong office (essential)
- Additional time spent in Wollongong during key project phases
What we’re looking for:
- Strong end-to-end Power BI development experience
- Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Confidence working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Bonus:
- Experience working in government environments
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric
