Senior Power BI Visualisation Developer needed for a high-impact enterprise transformation. Join a growing Data & Analytics team shaping modern reporting, Microsoft Fabric, and Medallion architecture. Strong focus on Power BI, business impact, and building a more standardised, self-serve data environment.
This is a key role across both Power BI delivery and Microsoft Fabric / data platform uplift, helping the organisation move towards a more consistent, governed, and insight-driven reporting capability.
This role includes 3 days per week in the Macquarie Park office (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) to support collaboration and delivery.
What you’ll do:
• Lead Power BI development delivering high-impact dashboards and visualisations
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions
• Work with data engineers and BA’s to shape trusted data foundations
• Support Microsoft Fabric and Medallion architecture implementation
• Help drive self-serve reporting and reduce fragmented, manual reporting
• Contribute to uplift in modern analytics capability and data maturity
What we’re looking for:
• Strong Power BI development experience in enterprise environments
• Solid SQL and data modelling skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (essential)
• Understanding of modern data architecture (Medallion a plus)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Calm, pragmatic approach focused on business outcomes
