This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team within the growing technology division, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced full-stack applications serving over 500 Fortune 1000 companies.
As the technical lead, you will collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Architects to craft scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience within Stock Plan Services. You will take ownership of technical direction, foster a collaborative environment, mentor team members, and ensure delivery excellence with an emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement.
