Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer (Java) to join their high-performing team. This is a key leadership role suited to someone who enjoys driving innovation while remaining hands-on in software development.
You will play a central role in designing and building a suite of microservices and user interfaces, contributing directly to systems that support significant daily investment activity across the business.
As a senior technical contributor, you will help shape architecture, guide engineering best practices, and lead development initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
