We’re partnering with a global organisation to appoint an IT Governance Manager (GRC Lead) into a key role focused on building and maturing enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance capability.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced GRC professional to shape governance frameworks, strengthen enterprise risk management, and drive compliance maturity across a complex international environment.

The role will focus on improving governance standards, embedding risk management practices, strengthening third-party and supplier assurance, and leading compliance initiatives across key security and regulatory frameworks.

We’re keen to speak with candidates who bring:

  • Strong experience across governance, risk, and compliance leadership
  • Proven ability to build and mature GRC frameworks, policies, and controls
  • Experience across enterprise risk, supplier risk, identity governance, and resilience
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and broader compliance frameworks
  • Experience leading audits, compliance programmes, and control assurance activity
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at senior level
