Project Manager Business Readiness

Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is seeking a skilled Project Manager - Business Readiness to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional passionate about managing business transformation projects and ensuring seamless readiness across business functions.

As Project Manager - Business Readiness, you will lead and coordinate business readiness activities that align with project objectives and organizational goals. You will work closely with diverse teams to facilitate effective planning, training, communication, and change management to ensure smooth project rollouts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business readiness plans to support new system implementations or process changes.
  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and business units to identify readiness gaps and mitigate risks.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communications to foster buy-in and support for project outcomes.
  • Coordinate training and support initiatives to prepare staff for new processes or technologies.
  • Monitor and report on readiness status, providing insights and feedback to project leadership.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in project management within large scale M&A work ideally from financial services
