My client, a leading financial services organisation, is hiring a Data Analyst to join their team in Citywest.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely data analysis, reporting, and insights to support business decisions
- Monitor and maintain data quality, investigating issues and performing root cause analysis where required
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and data integrity
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve data-related challenges
- Support projects focused on automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven data solutions
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives that enhance data management capabilities across the organisation
Your Experience
- 1-2 years' experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally within financial services or a data-driven environment
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with data management, reference data, or data quality processes
- Strong SQL skills with exposure to Python or R
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- An interest in automation, advanced analytics, and emerging AI technologies
- Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar data platforms would be advantageous
