Program Coordinator - Contract
Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Program Coordinator to support large-scale programs within the financial services sector. This role involves working closely with senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders, to help establish and maintain governance processes and cadence. You will work alongside Program Directors to ensure programs run smoothly, handling key administrative and coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate large financial services programs, working closely with program directors and senior executives.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of SteerCo packs, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Facilitate governance and cadence for program setup and ongoing activities to ensure program compliance and efficient delivery.
- Manage meeting logistics, ensuring timely communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Track program progress and escalate risks or issues to the program director as needed.
- Maintain documentation and provide administrative support to the program team.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Proven experience working on large programs within financial services.
- Strong financial literacy and understanding of financial services environment.
- Experience liaising with C-suite executives and preparing SteerCo materials such as packs, meeting notes, and presentations.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and program cadence best practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with program directors and senior leadership.
