- Central Dublin (1–2 days per week in the office)
- €400–€500 per day
- 6-month rolling contract
- Large-scale Government Programme

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading consultancy delivering a high-profile government transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale enterprise application that will have significant public sector impact.

You'll be responsible for overseeing project delivery from planning through to implementation, with a strong emphasis on business readiness, stakeholder engagement and ensuring a smooth transition into operational use. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across complex, multi-vendor environments and driving projects through the full delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale enterprise application.
  • Drive business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption and operational handover.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate delivery across systems integrators, third-party suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with SDLC best practices and governance requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years' experience managing IT or digital transformation projects.
  • Previous experience delivering enterprise applications within a complex organisation.
  • Experience working within the public sector or on government programmes would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise project delivery.
  • Proven experience managing multiple vendors, systems integrators, and third-party partners.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
