Senior Business Analyst

Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)
Contract: Initial 6 months (with long-term extension potential), strong day rates
Programme: 5-year transformation programme

We're currently partnering with a client who has just kicked off a major multi-year transformation programme and is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in the successful implementation of a new Document Management System.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the project at the very beginning. The programme is currently in a post discovery phase. We're looking for someone who can work closely with stakeholders to define, analyse and document business requirements, helping shape the solution from the ground up.

The Role:

Leading business analysis activities during the discovery and requirements gathering phase.
Working with key stakeholders to understand and define business needs.
Producing high-quality business requirements and functional documentation.
Supporting the selection and implementation of an enterprise Document Management System.
Acting as the link between business and technical teams throughout the early stages of the programme.

Desired Skills

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge and experience of Document Management Systems (DMS) and associated processes and terminology.
Experience delivering or supporting a Document Management System implementation, ideally from inception or during the early discovery and requirements phases.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving project environment.
