What you'll be doing
- Leading and mentoring a team of Application Security Engineers
- Driving Secure SDLC and DevSecOps best practices across engineering teams
- Influencing architecture, engineering standards and cloud security strategy
- Partnering with engineering and technology leaders to deliver secure, scalable platforms
- Championing automation, security tooling and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading technical security or engineering teams
- Strong background in Application Security, Secure SDLC or DevSecOps
- Hands-on experience with AWS/cloud-native environments
- Knowledge of SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets management and modern application security tooling
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence technical direction
