An enterprise technology company in Galway are seeking to hire a Tech Lead who can help with a host of AI implementations from a technical oversight perspective.

The role is suited to somebody who comes from a development background and who has a grasp of AI implementations, how agents interact and what is needed to be done to grow and maintain AI ecosystems.

This is an opportunity to help define how AI is embedded into software engineering practices across a large-scale technology organisation.

 

Desired Skills / Experience

  • Experience using / implementing AI tooling to evolve developer productivity
  • Experience building agents / AI libraries that can improve overall development efficiencies / quality of production
  • Technical competency across some of the following Python / Nodejs / Java / Go, really  a proven past experience building and managing agents developed with a modern OO language.
  • Exposure to DevEx (developer experience) tooling desired
  • Experience building customised GenAI agentic workflows would be a nice bonus
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC, spotting operational improvements with modern tooling such as Claude, Co-Pilot etc.
