TRC have been a preferred supplier to NSW state government for the last 15 years, specialising in the contract IT arena, and are among the top 15 suppliers in Australia.
We are looking to expand our highly successful Government Team (who recently returned from a company paid incentive trip to Las Vegas!). This team has incredible drive for what they do and have created and built strong relationships within the area.
This newly created role will work within the Government IT categories of G & I - think network administrators, developers, SAP specialists, Salesforce developers, system analysts – just to name a few. Whilst the role is newly created, the team have been dominating the Government sector and building amazing connections for over a decade, so you’re stepping into a new desk, with extremely hot existing client connections. We’re a well known player on an existing panel so every call is a warm call.
We need a passionate recruiter who can build on these strong relationships, manage contractors, break down new doors, nurture old relationships and build a thriving business around themselves.
Our primary requirement is for someone who is first and foremost a fast paced phone based recruiter.
If you've been successful as a contract recruiter (ideally from a tech background) or as a fast paced perm IT recruiter (who now wants to move into contract) then we want to talk to you. Some knowledge of Government Recruitment in any industry will be a huge bonus but is not essential!
You are also degree qualified with at least 2 years full-time relevant recruitment experience.
We care that you have high energy, high professionalism, that you've proven that you can manage and build a recruitment desk (BD and delivery) and that you are first and foremost a phone based recruiter and the added bonus to you is that we can provide oodles of flexibility so that your work life and home life work harmoniously.

Salary ranges on experience, but as a guide: $70,000 - $85,000 + Super
