Business Development Manager

  • 80k base + Super + Car + commission.
  • Average BDMs earning 160 - 200k,
  • Good BDM's earning 200 - 250k,
  • Exceptional BDMs earning 250 - 350k

This 100% new business focussed, field sales role will see you visiting 2 - 3 SME clients per day to discuss a unique HR offering that is currently selling extremely well. 

You will need to bring to this role the following recent experience

  • Minimum 5 years pure field sales experience
  • A minimum of 60% new business focus (ideally 100%)
  • Experience of generating leads
  • Experience of B2B selling to the SME market
  • A lively, positive outlook

Please note that there is 0 account management involved in this role.

My client isn't overly concerned with what you have sold so long as it has been to the SME marketplace. Ideally you will have sold intangible products and services but any market sector will be considered with the right attitude and new business focus. Full training is provided in industry specifics, the service offering, and how to sell it
