This 100% new business focussed, field sales role will see you visiting 2 - 3 SME clients per day to discuss a unique HR offering that is currently selling extremely well. Generating your own leads as well as having the support of a call centre of appointment setters following up leads to set you appointments, you will sell an award winning, market leading HR solution that gives your clients peace of mind, security and time to focus on their core business.
With a current client base of over 25000 active clients, this organisation is growing their client base at over 30% per year. They need additional BDM's to help fuel this growth. Your aim is to close 2 to 3 deals per week within SME's located within your territory. These SME's can be from any industry and can vary in size from 2 employees to 200. The service offering incorporates HR policy design, HR consulting and advisory services, legal representation, insurance, OH&S compliance and employment law services
You will need to bring to this role the following recent experience
My client isn't overly concerned with what you have sold so long as it has been to the SME marketplace. Ideally you will have sold intangible products and services but any market sector will be considered with the right attitude and new business focus. Full training is provided in industry specifics, the service offering, and how to sell it
