An amazing opportunity to join one of Australia's most exciting fintech companies. They are currently looking to establish a small team of dedicated customer support consultants to field inbound service requests. Its a high volume role fielding a range of requests coming in via phone, email and the website. Queries will range from technical issues with the app, function queries about credit scores, financial queries about loan repayments and changes and general administrative queries.
My client is looking for a high energy, customer service fanatic who has experience working within a high volume inbound contact centre. Your experience will ideally be within financial services or an app/digital based company and you will have not only an amazing focus on customer service but good technical skills (relating to digital technologies) and excellent problem solving skills. You will have great verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a variety of format for a range of customers.
My client is still in start-up mode so any experience within a fast paced, fluid start-up environment is highly regarded
This is an initial 3 month contract but will extend and/or go permanent.
