Financial Administrator 

The Role
We are currently looking to engage an experienced Finance Administrator. The role will see you providing administrative and accounting support to the site team.  This a contract role based in Orange until the 18th December 2020.

The responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:

  • Answering finance enquires and email account (example providing statement or loan payout figures to customers)
  • Processing of payment runs
  • Daily banking process
  • Administration, filing, scanning, documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated written communication and IT skills. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using accounting system and a records management system
