We are currently looking to engage an experienced Finance Administrator. The role will see you providing administrative and accounting support to the site team. This a contract role based in Orange until the 18th December 2020.
The responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Answering finance enquires and email account (example providing statement or loan payout figures to customers)
- Processing of payment runs
- Daily banking process
- Administration, filing, scanning, documentation
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated written communication and IT skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using accounting system and a records management system
