My client is a leading global legal firm with a true focus on driving the right culture within their business.
Due to a crucial and upcoming SOE rollout, they require an experienced Desktop Analyst to join their dynamic team.
In this role you will provide second level support for any technical issues and will aim to resolve these in person.
Its for this reason that having a great customer service capability is just as important as being well skilled technically.Key skills required:
- Background working in similar positions as Desktop Analyst/Engineer
- Knowledge of working through ticket systems - Preferably ServiceNow
- Good all round technical knowledge across Microsoft- O365, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, MS Office etc
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Strong documentation skills
- First class Customer service ability
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptable
- Experience working within professional services would be a huge bonus
