$120,000 - $140,000 + Super 


Experienced IT SDM wanted for a fast growing finance business. We are looking for someone with key skills in ITIL, Change, Incidents management as well as strong people management & communication skills. 

Ideally we would like people with at least 5 years experience in a similar role & very strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures. 


Experience Required 

  • 5+ Years experience in a Service Delivery Manager position. 
  • Advanced ITIL knowledge in incidents, problems & change (Ideally ITIL 4) 
  • Strong in managing major incidents & root cause analysis 
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge & an interest in technology
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills 
  • Experience working with Scrum teams in an Agile environment

A bonus if you have the following

  • Experience working in the finance domain 
  • Work experience in a DevOps environment
  • Technical background within Service Management (L1,2,3)
