Business Project Manager Enterprise Improvement

Our client a large NSW Government Agency is looking for an experienced Culture Transformation Project Manager to embed vision values and culture behaviours over the next few years. 

Project Overview

Enterprise wide program of work to address process, tools and capability uplift in relation to Government organisations risk management, governance, operational and cultural issues. Enterprise Improvement will be delivered via 6 program workstreams to deliver sustainable change. They are: (1) Governance, (2) Culture and Accountability, (3) Risk Uplift, (4) Procurement Uplift, (5) Customer Insights and Complaints, and (6) Enterprise Sustainability

Skills Required

  • Management of multi-disciplined stream team
  • Very strong communication and stakeholder management/ relationship skills.
  • Culture transformation experience
  • Able to work in a complex/ambiguous  environment
  • Confident with schedule management, financial management and experienced in managing risks and issues.
  • Managing inter-dependencies across the program and enterprise
  • Experience in projects with significant change management element
  • Experience in vendor management desirable
