We are looking for an experienced recruiter to work one of our previously biggest billing desks. The Recruitment Company has been one of Australia’s leading specialist IT recruitment companies for over 20 years

We are not generalists.  

Our clients demand the best market knowledge around and we can help you develop that.

This desk will see you recruiting for a range of existing PSA clients (fintechs, ASX listed corporates, multinationals and leading SME’s) as well as developing your own client base.

So ideally you are an existing Contracts Software Development recruiter with a core focus of either Java or .Net

OR you could be a focused recruiter who knows their stuff and is passionate about tech and wants to dive into that world.

Here’s why you’re gonna want to work with us:

2 – Desk: The desk has been dormant for a few months, but the ramp up will be fast. All the ingredients are there – 20 year old desk, huge talent pool, great clients and a senior high billing counterpart. You just need to breath some life into it, put your stamp on it and the result will be MASSIVE. Easily the best desk in the biz with the right person driving it.

3 – Comms: Opportunity to earn comms from day 1. You get paid comms off the margins you negotiate. Up to 30% on every $$ you bring in (did we mention no threshold).

Expected OTE year 1: 120K – 140K / year 2: 180 – 200K / year 3 250+ (if on target).

Stretch target if you smash it out of the park (add 30K: year 1, add 50K to year 2, add 80K year 3)

Must haves from you:

You need to be in a love relationship with your phone – there is a healthy amount of BD (if you don’t LOVE developing new business then this probably isn’t for you)

Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience (either within IT or contract – ideally with both)

Extra points if you’ve recruited in a tech space, but we’ll consider all markets if you’ve got a passion to dive into all things tech.
