We are looking for a Resourcer to work along side one of our top performing recruiters, Anna-Maria (read more about her here:

She is a Principal recruiter at TRC and is a specialist in the data and analytics space. She's slaying the market and really needs support to continue on her mission to dominate in her market speciality and provide exceptional customer delivery and service.

What do you need to be successful? 

  • Either some prior resourcing / recruitment experience / internal HR
  • Or a background in customer service, telesales or sales
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Have a fantastic attitude, hunger to learn and desire to be a part of a high performing success driven sales environment 
  • Bubbly and engaging phone manner (your phone will be your best friend in this role)
  • You'll need a mature and trustworthy work ethic, and be super eager to learn, diving in at every opportunity

The Recruitment Company has been crafting its remote working functions for the last 8 years and given the current nature of our working lives (currently living in lockdown) it’s truly a fantastic company to be working for. When we aren’t in lockdown we remote (if we want) for up to 4 days a week. The other day we spend together, connecting in our AWESOME office.
