The opportunity


Our client is a leading and established organization, thriving in the banking and finance industry. They have now embarked upon a major transformation program, wherein, the objective is to reevaluate the business process and change the way they work and focus towards a more agile and fast paced work environment with redistribution of work activities. This involves three main areas

•            Operating Model – focuses on our people, transforming how we operate and specifically adopt new ways of working.

•            Digital Strategy – focuses on our technology, investing in our technology infrastructure and reviewing our architecture to improve how we deliver and operate.

•            Action – focuses on our processes, reviewing and updating key processes for operational effectiveness. Write plans, content, and work towards focused outcomes.


The Role


Reporting to the Change Practice Lead, your role as the Change & Engagement Manager is to successfully develop and deliver ‘Organizational Change Management plans and activities’ to:

  • Complete a Change Impact Assessment/s to identify all stakeholders (internal and external) and how each stakeholder group is specifically impacted by the changes.


  • Develop and deliver an integrated organizational Change Management Plan, tailored to each stakeholder group, incorporating all change management activities such as engagement, communications, training, leadership, behaviors’, etc.


  • Support the Centre of Excellence Lead in planning, developing, and delivering the roll out through targeted change management activities. Work closely with the Centre of Excellence Lead, Agile Coaches, leaders, managers, individuals to support the adoption of change. Minimize disruption to clients, impacted teams and Business-As-Usual activities


  •  Develop and deliver content and support material for various communication deliverables, including internal and external emails, intranet site, videos, newsletters, etc. Work closely with the COE Lead and People and Culture on change management activities to support the people impacts and capability uplift. Work closely with People and Culture and the COE to design and deliver actional and targeted training plans and activities to support the uplift of people’s capabilities to adopt the new ways of working.



•      Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering organizational change management end-to-end to drive business outcomes as a Senior Change/ Implementation Manager or Analyst

•      Proven experience working with senior and executive leaders in managing organizational change at grass roots level writing detailed plans and presentations

•      Experience in developing and delivering various types of communication collateral and training programs at a hands-on level.

•      Proven ability to identify, manage and address people risks and issues, including change resistance, with the potential to impact the successful implementation of business change.

•      Experience working with multiple organizational change management methodologies and practices.

•      Experience delivering organizational change management across different project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).

•       Banking/Insurance/Government/Financial Services industry experience.
