Lifecycle Marketing Manager

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will enjoy developing and delivering lifecycle programs for this leading payment company's core services and integrated service solutions.


  • Develop and deliver programs to support clients for solutions throughout their lifecycle
  • Product communications (notices and bulletins that relate to product changes, updates, etc.)
  • Product/portfolio training program materials and toolkits educating clients on business benefits of key products
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Portfolio optimisation initiatives
  • Support the communication of product roadmaps to clients
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of each product to clients and employees


  • 6-8 years delivering marketing and communications programs in a corporate environment
  • Experience in payments or financial services
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in using CRM and marketing automations systems
  • Expertise in analysing data and converting data to customer insights
  • Project management skills
