  • You will deliver, and contribute to the development of, the strategy and plan for the Sales functions
  • Delivery of sales numbers to budget
  • Delivery of headcount and activity across all teams
  • Continuous process improvement to drive performance
  • Manage all aspects of the sales functions
  • Recruit, engage and retain great people


  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience of leading a sales team to success
  • Experience of SME sales
  • Experience of Saas or software sales
