Executive Assistant

This leading Employee Experience Platform company are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised Executive Assistant with a vibrant personality, to join their busy, fun and tight knit team.

You will be supporting a Director who is due to move overseas shortly, you will be their on ground support in Australia and get involved in all areas of the Director's business activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO;

  • Extensive inbox and calendar management.
  • Booking travel, accommodation, and meeting venues.
  • Review and action all incoming mail, emails, phone calls, including correspondence preparation.
  • Preparing reports and presentations.
  • Prioritising both yours and the Director's daily tasks to ensure each day runs efficiently.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience.
  • Experience providing remote Executive Assistant support.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent MS Office Suite skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent communications skills.
  • You’re warm and human but you know how to represent a company professionally.

This is initially a 12 month contract role that is likely to be extended or possibly lead to perm.
