Sales & Relationships Manager

This Sales and Relationships Manager will build and manage strong client relationships with incredible brands, and develop and present tailored project proposals to prospects. This role comes with a flexible working - a mix of working in the office and working from home, and a 4.5 day working week (enjoying Friday afternoons to relax and recharge!)


  • B2B, consultative or solution selling experience (essential)
  • Client relationship or account management experience (essential)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills (essential)
  • Experience in or an understanding of digital media, communications or video production (desirable)
  • The drive and ability to build and manage strong client relationships, ongoing
  • The ability to establish a strong, friendly and trustworthy rapport over Zoom, on the phone, via email and in person
  • Strong writing skills, flawless grammar skills and keen attention to detail
  • Work organisation and efficiency, with a driven mindset
  • Willingness to set goals and a drive to achieve
  • The ability to think creatively and ‘outside the box’


  • 3+ years of consultative/B2B sales and customer relationship experience
  • Experience in digital media or communications
  • Excel in building trusting, authentic client relationships
  • Be driven to succeed, and to tackle challenges with enthusiasm and efficiency
  • An energised, optimistic, outgoing personality that takes initiative
  • Have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, across the board
