Senior Property Officer, Leasing, Workplace Strategy

  • Contract: 6 months (Possibly extend)
  • Location: Parramatta
  • Rate: $456-$547 / day + super 

 

Responsibilities:
Working as part of our Workplace Transformation team, you will working within our Office Accommodation Leasing team, working directly with our valuable state wide clients, and together with Property NSW.

In this role you will be responsible for the leasing negotiations and contracts for part of our large and diverse Office Accommodation portfolio. You will support a dedicated client group to ensure our workplace and front line services are accommodated in safe, comfortable and fit for purpose office accommodation.

You will work with our stakeholders to identify upcoming lease requirements, analysing available options and making recommendations to ensure the best commercial outcomes for our department, our community and our staff. You will be customer focused, confident discussing and advising our clients on the right accommodation solutions based on your property expertise, market benchmarking and analysis of our portfolio.

Prepare high quality, accurate and technical reports, proposals and presentations to support negotiations, recommendations and approvals.

Experience
-Previous experience in lease negotiations, property contracts and property transactions
-Ability to analyse data and report on key insights to support an evidence based approach to decision making
-Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team ensuring good communication to support excellent customer centric services
-Ability to manage time, conflicting priorities and retain good levels of quality and customer service
-This role may require state wide travel for property / site inspections
-This role will be based in Parramatta, work from home is supported for two days per week
