Role
Looking for a Level 2 IT Support Specialist who wants to be a part of their growth and in turn continue to professionally develop within.
Responsibilities:
- Providing quality 2nd level IT phone and face-to-face support to all staff
- Logging all customer requests into service management system
- Escalate incidents/requests that cannot be resolved on first contact to the appropriate second level team
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
You will have:
- At least 12 months experience working in a corporate environment
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field; or extensive equivalent experience
- Excellent technical aptitude and communication skills
