Recruitment Resourcer

The Opportunity:

You’d be working with our team of specialist technology recruiters and learning from the best! 

You will get exposure to all areas of technology and get some awesome insights into how different recruiters work. There's plenty of variety to keep you busy each day and plenty of opportunity to make awesome commission on roles that you work on.

This role would have to have the most growth and opportunity potential that I’ve seen in a long time. We have a structured promotion path for our resourcers and are always keen to promote from within. So if you enjoy sourcing candidates and want to stay in the resourcing space or if you have the desire to move into a consultant role - we have training paths in place for both.

What do you need to be successful? 

  • Existing or prior resourcing / recruitment experience / internal HR (minimum 6 months, but ideally more because you will need to hit the ground running)
  • Or a background in customer service, telesales or sales
  • Have exceptional customer service skills (and we mean exceptional!)
  • Have a fantastic attitude, hunger to learn and desire to be a part of a high performing success driven sales environment 
  • Bubbly and engaging phone manner (your phone will be your best friend in this role)
  • Communication skills that are second to none
  • You'll need a mature and trustworthy work ethic, and be super eager to learn, diving in at every opportunity 
  • Have that ‘special ability’ to read people and know how to guide and influence through a genuine connection
