Senior SCCM Support Engineer

At least 3 to 5 years of experience working at a senior level is required. Candidates must be able to work on their own initiative, as part of a team, and have the skills to overcome issues relating to unfamiliar products.

Candidate must also have

  • Endpoint troubleshooting Experience.
  • A minimum of 2 Years of SCCM 2012 Administrator Experience
  • An excellent technical and design background

General Responsibilities

  • SCCM v2207 Administrator
  • SCCM v2207 Software\Application Creation and Deployment
  • SCCM v2207 Security Patch Distribution
  • SCCM v2207 Reporting
  • SCCM v2207 Task Sequence Creation and Image setup\deployment
  • SCCM Client Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge Transfer of above activities to DSS Endpoint Team Members
  • Documentation of all aspects of SCCM Administration and Roles
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SCCM Issues
  • Knowledge of Ivanti 2021- Administer and configure policies.
  • Knowledge of GPOs
