$34.51 per hour package

12 Month Contract – could extend or go permanent

Leading electronic payment technology company, who have been providing payment solutions for more than 30 years, are looking for an energetic Customer Service representative to join their fast paced, fun, collaborative and close-knit team.

Join a team of dedicated Customer Service Representatives assisting a number of banks and retail outlets with the upgrade of Eftpos terminals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Attend to incoming customer queries regarding Eftpos upgrades
  • Schedule appointments for a Technician to perform upgrade installations
  • Maintain the CRM with current information
  • Liaise with, and organise upgrades, with various departments
  • Work on a shift roster (earliest start around 8.30am - latest finish 6pm)

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Contact Centre experience
  • High typing speed
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and Interpersonal skills
  • The desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Conflict resolution ability to handle difficult customers
  • Salesforce experience is advantageous
