Skills Required 

  • Exposure or experience with SQL, SharePoint, JavaScript and dynamic 365.
  • L2 & L3 escalation handling and troubleshooting experience
  • At least 2 years experience working in Application support/analyst role
  • Experience with Home Care systems highly desirable
  • All rounder, Self directed and self driven individual always looking for ways to work with new technologies to improve outcomes
