Enterprise Client Services Manager

In this position you will be working for a large well known Irish MSP with a strong reputation and brand for many years.

You will be accountable for the delivery of all services for one of their large enterprise clients ensuring high quality services, with high client satisfaction, at the targeted cost levels.
Your mission will be to evolve the delivery model to be ahead of the competition in terms of quality and cost to enable growth for the business. Furthermore, you will drive services and quality improvements by ensuring that delivery issues are fully resolved (including root cause analysis), implementing service improvement, productivity improvement and cost optimization plans.

Further Responsibilities include:

  • Integrates and co-ordinates services from Delivery Functions and 3rd-party suppliers.
  • Identifies delivery issues (time, cost, and quality) and ensures that the impact and resolution actions are understood by key stakeholders.
  • Manages the client relationship for all delivery activities.
  • Develops and nurtures an excellent client relationship at the executive level in conjunction with the Account Director
  • Co-ordinates solutioning activity and is responsible for managing demand for Projects and labour demands. 
  • Understands the client at the local, country, region level to contribute to the client’s strategic business plan, analyze delivery requirements and create incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Drives transformation of the client environment to deliver high-value, cost-effective services.
  • Establishes the customer as a reference account by, efficient and effective service delivery, proactively managing issues that could impact service and/or client satisfaction, continual quality and cost improvement aligned to the client business priorities.
  • Exceeds client expectations by being accountable for end-to-end delivery while always being reliable and acts as a trusted advisor to the client and considers their viewpoint first and foremost for delivery related topics.

Skills & Experience Required: 

  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in leading Infrastructure and/or Application Business, P&L, SLA, YoY cost management.
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience managing multi-Line of Business, multi-country/geo, multi-discipline account delivery and pursuit environment.
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in large deals negotiation, contracting and delivery processes.
  • Experience in understanding and resolving commercial and client satisfaction issues.
  • Experience in executive-level writing, negotiations, and presentations.
  • At least 5 years IT experience in management within a large-scale technology environment
  • Tertiary qualifications preferable.
  • Firm understanding of and demonstrated success in all aspects of the provision of Services.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with demonstrated success with building/managing relationships with customers at all levels of an organization, including C level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear understandings of customers’ needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to effectively manage cross-functional and matrix organizations.
  • Expertise and experience dealing with large, complicated, political accounts at the highest levels (preferably with recent direct hands-on executive experience).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
