Retention & Onboarding Consultant

We're looking for a passionate customer service guru to provide a 1-call resolution experience in the waste collection business.  You will create excellent customer experiences responding to inbound calls from potential  and current customers, assist with a variety of activities including customer service, onboarding and customer retention.

If you have inbound phone based retention and onboarding experience AND/OR have knowledge of working in waste services this is the role for you!

What you’ll do 

  • Build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional Customer Experience.
  • Respond and manage service cancellation requests through understanding and proactively providing solutions to retain customers.
  • Identify and propose tailored customer solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to renew, upsell and maximise organic growth revenue from existing customer base.
  • Undertake other duties in accordance with your position as requested.

 What you’ll need to be successful 

  • Experience in a phone based role.
  • Experience in client retention and onboarding.
  • Managing customer relationships.
  • Communicating and negotiating outcomes or solutions to customers.
  • Outgoing, confident, organised, reliable and well presented.
  • Proven experience and ability to work within KPIs and targets OR experience within the waste industry.
  • Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce is desirable.
