  • Contract: ASAP start date - 31 December 2024
  • Pay rate: $63/hr + super
  • Work location:  WFH Hybrid and Parramatta office (2/3days per week )
  • Must have: Clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
  • Office based role not on site construction role.



Daily Type of work
· Respond to enquiries being received through the government agencies - Enquiries email address
· Field enquiries from Housing Providers and various stakeholder
· Most matters relate to housing providers assets (properties) being managed by housing providers
· Create and update TRIM files to record enquiries and actions taken
· Record and update matters in an EXCEL master spreadsheet
· Engage with various government business units and Stakeholders to facilitate outcomes to enquiries
· Case manage multiple matters to their conclusion

The primary purpose of the role
The role undertakes project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects, including the co-ordination and management of community housing provider related enquiries, operational policy and procedure development and legislative reform within established objectives.


Key Accountabilities
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and other asset management staff to support the development of detailed scopes for repairs and upgrades. Provide the oversight of contract management over the phases of the maintenance upgrades.
• Prepare project briefs, status reports, financial information and other associated documentation to inform decision making on the delivery of Repairs and Maintenance projects on AHO properties.
• Provide advice and input in the development of technical specifications and layouts for individual minor facilities management projects.
• Act as a point of contact for government agencies tenants and respond to all repairs and maintenance enquiries for identified properties, relating to the specific programs of works.
• Maintain sound working relationships with key stakeholders in properties, including community groups, to facilitate the provision of asset management services across the portfolio.
• Monitor, record and report on program progress in line with relevant processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
